Former workshop of the artist, the estate draws its magic from it.

Former art restorer, Alain de Condé rethinks the place with rigor and a sense of accomplished work. He dreams it as a peaceful have, halfway between the Borromean Islands and lake Como . He considers every volume, ensures that the facade catches all the possible light just like a movie star. He has a fondness for flowers and sets himself the goal growing rare flowers all year round in the courtyard. He appropriated the place and injects into it the value that are now its essence.

More than being an exciting man with a thousand and one stories, Gérard loves to entertain and host. He is above all a passionate man, curious about others and about the world. Hostel owner for over thirty years and jack-of-all-trades entrepreneur, his multiple experiences are rich and varied. He day to day alternates between working in the car industry and the wellness sector, choosing his projects based on his instinct and desire. However, very quickly, all of his activities revolve around two essential guiding principles: l’art de vivre as we say in French, and a certain “etiquette”, both of which are absolutely inseparable to him.
