Camille Brouillard and Soufiane Assarrar can be proud of their journey! Their restaurant, L’Huitrier Pie, awarded three toques by Gault et Millau, opened its doors just three years ago and has already earned the recognition of professionals and all their clients who have the chance to dine in their little haven of peace.
Discreet, bold, hardworking, and sincere, they offer modern and gourmet cuisine, combining rigor and technique with a deep commitment to local products and producers.
In Saint-Émilion, Nouvelle-Aquitaine, L’Huitrier Pie is a gastronomic restaurant nestled in a charming historic setting, a 16th-century house. Soufiane and Camille have preserved the soul of the place, designing a contemporary and bright setting to welcome their guests in the best possible way, between the shaded terrace and the spacious dining room.
Camille handles the appetizers, starters, desserts, and pre-desserts, while Soufiane focuses on the hot dishes. A natural balance exists between these two passionate and complementary personalities, supported by a dynamic and caring team.
“With plant-based inspirations that vary with the seasons, from a careful selection of products, and in the respect of a local and sustainable approach, we embark on a gourmet, modern, and touching culinary journey.”
We are delighted and honored to have these two talented chefs with us, cooking outside their usual environment for this special occasion.
They have chosen the winemakers and producers to be highlighted during this dinner.
