Camille Brouillard and Soufiane Assarrar can be proud of their journey! Their restaurant, L’Huitrier Pie, awarded three toques by Gault et Millau, opened its doors just three years ago and has already earned the recognition of professionals and all their clients who have the chance to dine in their little haven of peace.

Discreet, bold, hardworking, and sincere, they offer modern and gourmet cuisine, combining rigor and technique with a deep commitment to local products and producers.

In Saint-Émilion, Nouvelle-Aquitaine, L’Huitrier Pie is a gastronomic restaurant nestled in a charming historic setting, a 16th-century house. Soufiane and Camille have preserved the soul of the place, designing a contemporary and bright setting to welcome their guests in the best possible way, between the shaded terrace and the spacious dining room.

Camille handles the appetizers, starters, desserts, and pre-desserts, while Soufiane focuses on the hot dishes. A natural balance exists between these two passionate and complementary personalities, supported by a dynamic and caring team.

Arbo, a family story

Astrid & Dorian met at the Montagne-Saint-Émilion Viticulture School. Dorian represents the 5th generation of a family of winemakers. Together, they traveled a bit around the world before deciding to embark on the Château Arbo adventure.

They chose to make wines that reflect them. Respectful of the environment, they restructured the vineyard they acquired, which spans 6.5 hectares, to obtain high-quality raw material for creating a Grand Vin.

They have 12 different plots (in green on the map), planted between 1950 and 2021, with an average age of 35 years.
